Next Tuesday, April 3rd at 7pm EST, I will be downtown Indy sharing information about the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine. ‌ MCW Pharmacy School PharmCAS Deadline, MAY 1 The Medical College of Wisconsin Pharmacy School has extended its 2017-2018 PharmCAS application deadline to Tuesday, May 1. Applicants may request an individual deadline extension after the May 1 deadline but must contact the MCW Pharmacy School directly at pharmacy@mcw.edu. MCW will accept PCAT and MCAT scores for all applicants. Interviews will continue for seats in the 2021 cohort until June. All pre-reqs must be completed and passed no later than June 30th. Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine’s Academic Summer Program Integrating Resources for Excellence (ASPIRE) summer sessions provide resources to enhance students’ AMCAS applications and develop leadership and advocacy skills as future physicians for others. Below are brief descriptions of our summer 2018 offerings. Applicant Boot Camp (ABC) ASPIRE ABC module is an intensive experience designed to have students ready to submit their AMCAS application upon completion.  Participants will receive support and guidance for all aspects of the admissions process including (but not limited to) strategies for choosing schools, primary and secondary applications, and preparing for interviews.  Participants hear from current physicians, clarify their personal motivation for medicine, and learn more about life at Stritch by spending a week with us.  Rising second year students assist Stritch staff and faculty in delivering the program.
